Step 3: Choose where you would like to save the download. We suggest saving it on your desktop.

Step 4: On your desktop, double-click on the FLIP Investor's Toolbox wrench icon. Click OK on the message window.

Step 5: Select "Unzip" from the message window.

Step 6: Open the folder "FLIP Investor's Toolbox" and double-click on the tool you want to use.

Step 7: The first time you open each of the products in the toolbox you will be prompted to check-off a user-license agreement, check-off that you are the owner, and enter a registration name for the product. Once you do these things you will be able to click "Continue" button and use the product.
